Shipping Policy

1. OBJECT AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

• These General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply to the purchase and sale of products and services between New Science SL and its customers (hereinafter, “Customer”).

• The Customer expressly accepts all the terms of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, having full knowledge of their content by having accepted them in the customer registration procedure carried out through the website www.newsciencetech.com

• These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclude the application of any general terms and conditions of purchase of the Customer.

2. ORDER

• Once the registration process in our system is complete, the Customer can place their order through the following means:

E-commerce: Through the website www.newsciencetech.com , following the established purchase procedure.

By phone: (+34) 916 420 109, every day except Saturdays, from 10am to 7pm.

In writing: By email to info@newsciencetech.com .

In person: At our facilities at Calle Piedrafita 18-20, CP 28947 Fuenlabrada (Madrid).

• Placing an order implies full acceptance of the prices, the description of the products for sale, and these Terms and Conditions of Sale. All orders are subject to availability. For an order to be considered valid, it must receive express acceptance from New Science. Orders placed through e-commerce will be governed by the terms and conditions indicated in the system created for that purpose.

3. PRICE

• The selling prices are set in Euros (€) and do not include VAT or any other tax, fee or duty, which will be passed on later in the invoice with the corresponding legally set tax rates.

• Prices listed on New Science's e-commerce site are subject to change without notice.

• In the event that the Customer places an order for products with an incorrect price, we will inform them of the correct price and, if applicable, accept the order, provided that the Customer expressly confirms it with the correct price.

4. BILLING AND PAYMENT METHOD

• The Customer may make the payment in cash (in person), by credit or debit card, bank deposit or bank transfer.
• The Client consents to New Science SL issuing its invoices in electronic format.

5. SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT

• The shipment will be made to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase.

• For goods to be included in the day's transport shipments, the order placed by the customer must be confirmed, paid for and checked before 5:00 PM on the same day.

• Delivery times within mainland Spain are generally 24 hours. For more specific information regarding delivery conditions and other destinations, please contact the Sales Department (916 420 109). Our primary shipping carriers are Correos Express, GLS, and UPS. New Science SL reserves the right to select the most suitable carrier in each case to provide the best possible customer service.

• The stated delivery times are estimates and are not binding. New Science SL will make every effort to deliver the products within the established timeframe. Delays in meeting these deadlines will not entitle the Customer to claim direct or indirect damages or any compensation, refuse the order, or suspend the performance of any obligation, particularly the obligation to pay.

• The transportation services and their associated fares are as follows:

 

 

*Estimated shipping cost for mainland Spain and Portugal. For orders that, due to their size, weight, or volume, may incur special logistics costs, this estimate may be adjusted to reflect the specific shipping requirements. Minimum order of €50.
