Shipping Policy

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

• These General Conditions of Sale will apply to the sales and purchase operations of products and services between New Science SL and its clients (hereinafter, “Client”).

• The Client expressly accepts all the terms of the General Conditions of Sale, having full knowledge of their content having accepted them in the client registration procedure carried out through the website. www.newsciencetech.com .

• These General Conditions of Sale exclude the application of any general purchasing conditions of the Client.

2. ORDER

• Once the registration procedure in our system has been completed, the Client can place their order through the following means:

Electronic commerce: Through the website www.newsciencetech.com , following the established purchasing procedure.

By phone: (+34) 916 420 109, every day except Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

In writing: By email to info@newsciencetech.com .

In person: At our facilities at Calle Piedrafita 18-20, CP 28947 Fuenlabrada (Madrid).

• Placing the order by the Client implies full acceptance of the prices, the description of the products for sale and these Conditions of Sale. All orders are subject to availability. For the order to be considered effective, it must receive express acceptance by New Science. Orders placed through electronic commerce will be governed by the conditions indicated in the system created for this purpose.

3. PRICE

• The sales prices are set in Euros (€) and do not include VAT or any other tax, fee or duty, which will be subsequently reflected on the invoice with the corresponding legally established tax rates.

• The prices included in New Science's e-commerce are subject to change without prior notice.

• In the event that the Client places an order for products with an incorrect price, we will inform them of the correct price and, where appropriate, their acceptance to place the order, provided that the Client expressly confirms it with the correct price.

4. BILLING AND PAYMENT METHOD

• The Client may make the payment in cash (in person), by credit or debit card, account deposit or bank transfer.
• The Client gives their consent for New Science SL to issue their invoices in electronic format.

5. SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION

• The shipment of the material will be made to the address indicated by the client at the time of making the purchase.

• For merchandise to be shipped on the day's transport shipments, the order placed by the customer must be confirmed, paid for and checked before 5:00 p.m. on the same day.

• The delivery time will be, as a general rule, 24 hours in the Spanish Peninsula. For more specific information on the conditions and other destinations, please consult the Commercial Department (916 420 109) in advance. The transport agencies we work with are mainly Correos Express, GLS and UPS. New Science SL reserves the right to choose in each case the most appropriate company to offer the best service to the Client.

• The indicated deadlines are estimated and non-binding in nature. New Science SL will use all means to deliver the products within the established deadline. Delay in meeting the deadlines will not give the Client the right to demand direct or indirect damages or any compensation, reject the order or suspend compliance with any obligation, especially payment.

• The transportation services and the rates associated with them are as follows:

 

 

*Estimated shipping for the national territory of the peninsula and Portugal. In those orders that due to their size, weight or volume may have a special logistics cost, this criterion may be modified to adapt to the characteristics of the shipment. Minimum order of 30 euros.
